of Pennsylvania. Our only business is appraising residential properties as we have no involvement in the purchasing,
listing or selling of real estate.

status updates and the use of digital cameras, our clients are provided with a level of service that is unmatched in the appraisal
industry today.

Our Company
Cauchon Appraisals, Inc. was founded in 1996
by the late Ralph E. Cauchon and is backed with over 30 years of industry experience appraising residential properties. The company remains a family owned and operated business. Karel J. Cauchon and Michael
T. Cauchon, a sister and brother team, took over the operations of the business in 2002. They are President and Vice-President
respectively and are the firms co-owners. Cauchon Appraisals, Inc. currently has three State Certified Residential Real Estate
Appraisers on staff. All of the staffed appraisers are FHA approved.
