Single Family Homes
The Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR)
is designed for the single family home.
Most often it is used for purchases and refinancing.
Multi Family Properties 2-4 Unit
This report is used for multi family investment
properties both attached and detached and includes an operating income statement.
Condominiums
While similar to the single family URAR report,
this form is used for the valuation of individual condominium units.
Vacant or
Undeveloped Land
This report
is designed to determine the value of vacant or undeveloped land.
Short Form Appraisal
The short form appraisal report is often required by lenders for a specific purpose. It is a short version
of the single family report and can be performed as an interior inspection or an exterior inspection curb side.
